    (8" x 5" x 3") Vintage handkerchief box with pressed-wood designsurrounding a decoupage of a spaniel looking at a bird. Perfect forputting photographs and little memory items.

    (9" x 6" x 4") Vintage box with two distinct wood grains for aesthetics. Vertical lines are carved, which I painted in lavender, green and black. Vintage kimono fabric inside the box has a story of an old Japanese village.

    (8" x 5" x 4") New. Custom-made. Striking in appearance, practical in use. Box deep enough to place a Daruma doll inside. Lined in green-and-white silk fabric. Subtle but gorgeous.

    (10.5" x 6" x 5") Pressed-wood/carving around three panels of decoupage (cottage and country scenes). The lines on the decoupage and the small spots on the mirror are preserved as part of the beauty of such an old box. Beautiful. Tall enough for a Daruma Doll.

    (10.5" x 6" x 5") This came looking tired and old. Beneath dirt, darkened varnish and torn decoupage was a potential West Virginia mountain scene in the wood grain. The photo does not do justice to this work of added carving and wood-burning… A Soras favorite!
